Our delivery options are designed to make it as easy as possible for you to get your products delivered when and where you need them.


Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday for items that are in stock will be dispatched same day on our standard shipping service. For same day dispatch after this time it is recommended to contact customer services on +353 1 830 0288.

When ordering products with a range of lead times customers can select whether to receive the order in several shipments or to have delivered as one order. This option can be selected during the checkout process and a date can be set for when the delivery should be made.

The delivery date quoted in your shopping basket is the date we deliver your order. Customers who need products more quickly than the dates shown are encouraged to contact customer services or their local distributor to explore alternative options.

All orders can be tracked online from within My Account. Visit the Open Orders page and select the relevant order to view current order status and, where available, parcel tracking for individual shipments.

 

All orders, whether ordered online or via an alternative method can be viewed online when logged in within My Account. Customers can browse the list of all orders or search by purchase order number or by our sales order number provided at order placement.

Clicking on the sales order number will provide full order details including ordered part numbers and quantities and price and, where available, parcel tracking for individual shipments.
