Miniature Proportional Valves

Our IMI FAS product range makes us a recognised leader in high precision proportional flow control. All our IMI FAS proportional valves feature the well established flat/spring technology which enables the precise control of very low flow rates (ml/min) as well as high flow rates (up to 200 l/min).

Typical applications of IMI FAS proportional valves are the dosing and mixing of gases in anesthesia machines and flow control in analytical instruments such as gas chromatography or gas emission detectors.


8mm CHIPPROP

CHIPPROP features the performance of a 10mm solenoid valve in an 8mm body. Industry leading flow to size ratio, 0.5W power consumption, cartridge mount and excellent repeatability make it ideal for integration in portable devices.

16mm FASPROP

FASPROP is a low flow proportional valve for precision gas dosing or mixing, mass flow or volumetric flow control and pressure control.

16mm FLATPROP

Featuring flat spring and plunger design for frictionless operation, the FLATPROP is a high-resolution precision miniature proportional valve. Highly repeatable with over 100 million cycles, FLATPROP has excellent control characteristics in closed loop applications.
