Valve Manifolds

Valve manifolds (also known as valve islands) are a collection of valves mounted into one unit, reducing pipework, simplifying electrical connections and complexity. We have been offering valve manifolds for more then twenty-five years, currently with the high flow and light weight VM series and robust, modular ISO standard VS series and now with our new compact VR Series. The compact VR series offers a simple plug-in sub-base design allowing for valves to be easily exchanged for installation and maintenance.

NEW! VR10

VR10 has PPA co-polymer body and end plates, with aluminum spool and NBR seals, making it compact and lightweight; the spool valve is indirectly actuated. It achieves a nominal flow rate (5/2, 0.22 Cv; 2x3/2, 0.22 Cv and 5/3, 0.27 Cv) from a 10mm valve width. Multipole 25-pin D-sub connection option rated to IP40, with integral push-in fittings (PIF) of 5/32” and ¼”, 4mm and 6mm diameter.


VM10

VM10 has PPA co-polymer body and end plates, with aluminum spool and NBR seals, making it compact and lightweight; the spool valve is indirectly actuated. It achieves a high flow rate (5/2, Cv=0.44; 2x3/2 and 5/3, Cv=0.36) from a 10mm valve width. Individually wired units are rated IP40 protected, with Multipole and Fieldbus units IP65. Valve stations have integral push-in fittings (PIF) of 1/8”, ¼”, 5/32, 3mm, 4mm and 6mm diameter.


VS18

VS18 has a die-cast aluminum body and sub-base conforming to ISO 15407-2 Size 18mm. Solenoid pilot operated dual spool technology offers options for either glandless spool for long life and flows of (5/2 & 5/3 Cv=0.56) or softseal high flows (2x2/2 Cv=0.56, 2x3/2 Cv=0.61; 5/2 & 5/3 Cv =0.66) . The units have integrated fieldbus and are field expandable with single add-on stations. Available with 1/8” NPT or ISOG threads or integral push-in fittings of ¼”, 6mm and 8mm..

NEW! VR15

VR15 has PPA co-polymer body and end plates, with aluminum spool and NBR seals, making it compact and lightweight; the spool valve is indirectly actuated. It achieves a nominal flow rate (5/2, 0,52 Cv; 2x3/2, 0.47 Cv and 5/3, 0.60 Cv) from a 15mm valve width. Multipole 25-pin D-sub connection option rated to IP40, with integral push-in fittings (PIF) of 5/32”, ¼, 5/16”, 4mm, 6mm and 8mm diameter.


VM15

VM15 has PPA co-polymer body and end plates, with aluminum spool and NBR seals, making it compact and lightweight; the spool valve is indirectly actuated. It achieves a high flow rate (5/2, Cv=1.01; 2x3/2, Cv=0.97 and 5/3, Cv=0.91) from a 15mm valve width. Individually wired units are rated IP40 protected, with Multipole units IP65. Valve stations have integral push-in fittings (PIF) of ¼”, 5/16”, 3/8”, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm diameter.


VS26

VS26 has a die-cast aluminum body and sub-base conforming to ISO 15407-2 Size 26mm. Solenoid pilot operated dual spool technology offers options for either glandless spool for long life and flows of (5/2 & 5/3 Cv=1.02) or softseal high flows (2x2/2 Cv=1.17, 2x3/2 Cv=1.27; 5/2 & 5/3 Cv =1.37) .
